Was great for first year

This mattress was amazing for the first year. But then I slowly started to not sleep comfortably and over the last 6 months or so Iv been tossing and turning all night and now recently wake up with back pain. I feel like their mattresses are over priced and their forever warranty is ridiculous. You have to send pictures to them of a heavy object on your bed and measure it. You can’t tell my discomfort that way unfortunately.

Mattress sags in middle

We paired up the Mattress with the Foundation and we always end up in the middle it sags in the middle not very happy with the purchase

It’s a comfortable mattress overall and I do appreciate the customer service too but being a renowned brand this mattress traps the heat so much that I wake up sweating, it’s unbearable at times really.

Buying the bundle has given me the best sleep ever! Now I can wake everyday ready to for whatever. Only down side is that it’s hard to get out of bed it’s so comfortable.

I’ve always just had a basic twin sized mattress for the first 22 years of my life do getting the queen size nectar has been life changing. First of all the extra space is great but you can get that from any mattress if you’re used to a twin size. But the memory foam ultra comfy mattresses from nectar are game changing for sleep. I find myself not wanting to get out of bed in the morning more often than I ever used to. I highly recommend

Deceptive 365 Night Home Trial

I am so disappointed. We were reluctant to spend a couple thousand dollars on a bed we couldn’t try first but we ordered a split king adjustable bed (2 bases, 2 mattresses) because of the 365 no questions asked full refund home trial. Firstly, our bed was months late getting delivered. When it did get here it wasn’t comfortable. When I inquired about returning it I was asked to try it for at least 6 months through different seasons to see if we settled into it and I was assured if we didn’t change our minds we had up to 365 for the in home trial and would be eligible for a full refund. When I tried to return the bed I was told only the $599 for each mattresses would be refunded; but that the adjustable bases ($699 each) would not be eligible for return because they needed to be returned in the first 50 days. We didn’t even get delivery within 50 days of ordering! We ordered a bed. The 365 day trail clearly says “your Nectar” nowhere does it clearly state “limited to mattress only” on the home trial page or that bases are limited to a 50 day return. You have to go to the bottom of the base page to see the 50 night caveat and I sure don’t remember seeing the notation when we originally ordered… The whole thing feels VERY disingenuous if not dishonest.
