Husband feels it’s too soft

Husband feels it’s too soft overall, he weighs 320#. I feel it’s slightly soft unless you lay too close to the edge, then it’s softer

At first I thought I had made a mistake. But, as a person with back problems and who has been through surgery, this mattress is the single best item I purchased moving countries.

I recently purchase a mattress; I am very disappointed. My order came with the box open. I send a video and pictures but I have got any response… it is disgusting to receive an open box order. Is a mattress.

We got this mattress about 1.5-2 months ago. It came very fast and well packaged. At first, we were worried because it took longer than 24 hours to fully expand. However, it has expanded to 11 inches (we do wish it was a bit higher as promised).
We ordered the King size and it fits us both well. It is very comfortable for both of us. I am 5'1 and I usually sleep on my stomach or side. My fiance who is 6'3 (ex-football player) sleeps on his back or side. We both have noticed an improvement in sleeping longer and with less aches. I hope that this remains this way and will update in a year.
Overall- great shipping speed (arrived earlier than expected), good packaging, good medium firm comfort (which whether or not you like it- is the best for your body, I let my body do the telling to prove it), and overall comfortable. It can be a little hot but I am not sure if that is because of the layers of blankets we use and the high heat we keep on or a combination of that and the mattress. I would recommend!

The queen classic mattress works in our rental, but it sinks in the middle where we sleep. It is only 6 weeks old.
