Mattress was soft

The first mattress I was sent had a slash on the bottom. I used it until the replacement came. It was comfortable. The replacement was like pudding. It sank several inches every time I got into bed. It was impossible to move around. Getting out of the bed was worse. Quality was terrible. Plus making a return is difficult. They make you take lots of pictures and they go through an approval process. Read the fine, fine print. Find a different mattress.
