Overall happy with my bed. It does not make me hot when I sleep, thank goodness! I believe the mattress forms with my body as I lay down.

Love my first memory foam mattress

For the past decade I slept on a futon and finally upgraded to a memory foam mattress when moving cities. My back feels so much better when I wake up in the morning.

Comfortable mattress to lay on. Has helped my lower back pain. If you sit on it to long the mattress sinks down quite a bit.

I am on my second mattress and it did not inflate properly. This was the issue with my first mattress. After 7 days of inflating, the mattress is wavy on one side.
I cannot endorse the quality of these mattress. It is sad because the overall comfort is nice.

Bad mattress bad service

We bought a mattress in January and by July is was uncomfortable, it was not holding its firmness/shape. By September the mattress was just useless to us, due to surgery and the mattress having lost all its support. We reached out to the company via email twice and were ignored after declining accepting 2“ mattress pad and declined purchasing a replacement mattress from their sister company Dream Cloud. When I finally reached a live person on the phone and figured everything is being put in motion for my full refund and being promised a free and no-hassle return, boom four days later I receive an email that a no hassle return and free pick up is not available in my area ( Columbus, Ohio!!!). Instead they give me three options of what I can do on my end to donate & proof, dispose & proof etc the mattress, and all the forms, pictures, signatures, verifications and documentations I have to provide. Neither is hassle free, nor completely free ( forms need to be printed out, verified and scanned and emailed).
Like I said, I just had major surgery and I am in no position to move a king size mattress.
This company is NOT standing befind their word, their 365 night warranty is neither free of hassle nor cost! I will never recommend this company.
