It was an investment but worth it! The box/packaging made it easy to carry up the stairs. I also love the pillows and sheet set that came with it!

It's ok

I was expecting some kind of major change in the feel from my old memory foam mattress, but so far this feels similar. Although it does feel a bit firmer, it still feels about the same. I still wake up with aches and pains from the normal pressure points (neck, shoulder, and hip), and I'm disappointed because I thought this would help alleviate those aches. Still, I'm willing to give it a couple more months to see if I get used to it. For now, I'm only loving the adjustable base.

Great Mattress

My husband and I have had this mattress for over a year now and are still so happy about our purchase. This bed is incredible and has helped relieve our back pain. It held up after a move across country and we did not notice any changes in the firmness or quality of the mattress. We purchased this online during covid and was skeptical because we could not test it in person but it proves to be an amazing mattress. Would recommend to anyone, this ended up working great because my husband likes firm mattresses where I like the softer ones but it ended up being right in the middle and perfect for us.

Bundle missing at delivery, no estimate date to delivery the Mattress. I ended up canceling the purchase because such bad experience at the very beginning of the process

I’ve never slept better! It’s firm, but still soft enough for your joints. I can’t even feel when my husband moved in the bed. My chiropractor noticed how much better my back was after getting this bed.

Mattress came with a spot on it

I finally received my mattress a week after the original date. I found the huge in my front porch without any notification that it would arrive on that day. The box was obviously retapped. I opened my mattress and there was a spot on it. I should have called the company but by then I was exhausted of waiting and needed a mattress.
I was out of town and just came back. Now the question is do I go with the hassle of returning the mattress or not?
The comfort is okay even though it runs hot.
Overall disappointing.
