Best mattress I’ve ever had!

I have scoliosis so my back hurts as soon as I wake up, but not with my nectar! My back doesn’t feel tight in the mornings which is amazing after years and years of that. This was the best purchase I ever made. I would give nectar 1000 stars if possible!

Bed stinks

Had the mattress for over a week now and still haven’t been able to sleep on it due to the odor. It is super comfy though when I have tried laying on it.

Nectar mattress and service

Our queen size mattress is a gem. Used to wake up with stiffness in the lower back.. no longer an issue.
Service - had contact with three of your folks. Two provided excellent service, Third one did not answer my "chat" asking IF/when it was shipped. Your literature stated 2-3 days. Some problem at the warehouse(?) That would not have been a problem IF my email was answered in a timely fashion to let me know the status of delay.
Nonetheless, mattress is excellent!

Second Purchase

My wife and I enjoyed our mattress so much that we even purchased a second one to use in our temporary Corporate Housing location. We just got too used to the comfort of the mattress to be without it, even for a short time.

BUT it took longer then originally started to receive. This business needs to learn the concept of under promise over deliver. The mattress and pillows are great, the bed Frame looks good.
