Faulty mattress

So mattress didn't fully inflate and after chatting with support and sending emails they have issued me a new one. But it's going to take 2 weeks for it to ship?! I recieved a faulty mattress and can't even get my new mattress faster? The part that has inflated feels nice but until I finally get my replacement, I am not very satisfied.

With this new nectar mattress I have slept the best I have ever had in a very long time I highly recommend getting this mattress.

Haven’t slept this good in a long time. Replaced an expensive Beauty Rest that after a year sunk in on the drivers and passengers side. So far so good on the Nectar. The smell went away or I’m used to it but be aware the mattress is very firm. Normally my wife hates firm memory foam but she loves this bed.

Great Mattress

This is fantastic mattress. Didn’t know what to expect it, it more than exceeded my expectations. There is absolutely no movement when turning or moving, no disturbance of partner. Sleep experience has been wonderful. Highly recommend this mattress, you will not be disappointed.

Bought this for a quest bed. They said it was nice and comfortable but does have a smell to it even after a month give or take.

our first 6 weeks on the nectar mattress

inches higher than our old mattress, making it harder for my wife (5'-1) to get in and out of bed. Hard to roll over or shift your place in bed, but once in place we can get adequate sleep. We will not buy another.
