I think it's a very good mattress but I live in a travel trailer where the board supports the mattress makes my back hurt so I can't say at your mattress I think it's the trailer but thanks for asking

A 365 night trial and forever warranty??? I thought it was too good to be true. From the moment I purchased the mattress to the second it arrived at my door, I had the best experience a customer could ever have. This company is nothing but the best! The customer service could not be compared to anything else— absolutely terrific! Aside from the outstanding service I received, the mattress is even better! Not only does it keep you cool at night, it also gives you the most support for every single sleep position. I’m someone who sleeps on my back, sides, and stomach, and this mattress hasn’t disappointed me one bit! I cannot recommend this company enough. They’re committed and stand behind their product with true confidence. To anyone reading this review, purchase one while you can!!!!

Doesn’t meet specs

This mattress never did explain to 11 inches. The sleeve it’s in is loose and it measures 9 to 10 inches in most spots. Feel like it’s an entry-level mattress.

What it says on the tin. This is one of the softest beds I’ve ever been on, and I spent days trying dozens of mattresses. I am not sure where they get their 6.5 firmness from

It’s good

I purchased the mattress because I suffer from low back pain. Did it help with it? Yes and no. It’s comfortable bed but I still wake with back pain some times I know it’s not a fix but that was my main reasoning for spending as much as I did.
But overall it’s an awesome mattress going to get a “box” for it. Having it on a platform I think would be better
