It shipped in a timely manner, is very comfortable and I sleep great on it. I have chronic neck issues and both the mattress and pillows off fantastic support.

So, I am pleasantly surprised on just how much of a difference my sleep is since purchasing my Nectar mattress and frame. I love it!! I used to wake up several times a night. Now, I am sleeping so sound and feel more rested. I love the adjustable frame--only wish it included lights underneath for the occasional trip to the bathroom.

It’s Decent

My Nectar bed is lumpy and not the best nights sleep. It’s just decent. Nothing more. I wished I had been able to compare other beds in person, I probably would have chosen another brand.

Tired of Receiving Review Requests

I am writing this review so that nectar will stop sending me review requests. The mattress is okay. It is reasonably comfortable, but not great. I wake up with a sore back most mornings, which surprised me with a new mattress. I usually only wake up with backaches when my mattress is getting older and worn out. I am really writing this review so that I can stop getting the email that asks, "Are you having trouble submitting your review?" I figured that if I didn't really love the mattress or really hate the mattress that my review would not be all that relevant. Perhaps the relevance of this review is to make buyers aware that nectar is very good at getting you to submit a review. This is evidence of me being their most recent victim. I would suggest to nectar that if a buyer does not respond to the first or second request for review that they probably don't want to submit a review. Also, in the review questions it asks if I share my bed with a partner. Yes, I do. I happen to call her my wife, I had to choose partner because it seems there is not an option for spouse. Hmmm.

Awful product, awful support

Bed came with an undone seem, which is a huge issue because of the material the mattress cover is made of, and the support team refused to do anything, despite showing them proof of their damaged product within an hour of it being delivered. Only buy this mattress if you are okay with wasting money on a terribly made product and then getting stuck with it.
