A lot to like, with a few dislikes

We were looking to upgrade from a Queen to a King and looked at several before we decided on Nectar. The main reason was the generous return policy. I have low back issues and this bed did take some getting used to. I’ll list out the pros and cons below. I would say this is a medium firm bed. It took about 3 weeks to arrive.
Pros -
It does sleep cool. I was skeptical even with a mattress protector on it, but it’s nice to feel the coolness of the bed as you get in.
It holds its form. I’m 260 pounds and I don’t sink in it.
It did not really off gas. We slept on it 5 hours after we opened it up, but it did take a full day to get to its size (corners mainly).
Not a lot of movement in the bed. I cannot feel when she gets up. (Also a con, see below ;-) )
The dog likes it. My dog used to walk around all night, she stays put when she climbs in with us.

It’s heavy!!! Don’t try and move this around by yourself.
The sides do tend to squish down when you sit on the edge.
The foundation and headboard are not great. But it works for now.

Overall I am pleased with this purchase. I did have some back pain for the first couple weeks gettin used to it, but no issues now. I also used to sleep with two pillows, now I only use the pillow if came with.
If you are on the fence about this bed, just get it. You can always return it. If a company is going to offer that kind of comfort warranty, I am happy to buy from them.

Not for anyone that doesn't like a really firm mattress

We ordered the upgraded Luxe mattress. After speaking with a rep I was told it was a more plush option which is what I was looking for. I will say the delivery was great. It arrived within a couple weeks and was easy to set up.
At first it was ok. Seemed a little firm to me, but hubby was okay with it. I thought it might soften up a bit, but after 6 months it hasn't. For the last 2 months I have had nothing but pain from sleeping on this mattress. Back pain, hip pain, I find myself rotating constantly from side to back to side. It has developed indentations even though we have rotated it twice. I would not recommend, especially if you do not like a firm mattress.
