I honestly expected the mattress we got (premiere) to be softer. It's a bit too firm for my taste. It's not really a good mattress for couples that sleep close to each other, as it makes you roll into each other. We've been sleeping on it for a little over a month now, and I'm honestly not sure we will keep it.
It is still way better than our old mattress for sure though!

Great customer service, FIRM mattress

Customer service is top notch. However, the mattress is so firm I feel like I am just perched on top of it (I am average size, not small) and I wake up stiff in the morning and the middle of the night. I hope it softens up. I want to get a topper,but I paid extra for the copper, so it would defeat the purpose (and I'm not sure sheets will fit). My partner says he feels like his head is lower than his feet, which I don't notice,so we are trying to figure that out.
Will modify my review if things change! But again,great customer service!
