Still trying to adjust to the new Nectar Mattress

My wife and I are still trying to adjust to the new mattress. It gets very hot at night and hoping the new mattress cover Nectar recommended (and provided at no charge) will help. The mattress is also a bit hard.

My mattress came ripped apart like maybe it was used & resold .

I received a ripped up mattress and padding. I’m not sure what could’ve occurred, but it looks like I may have received a used mattress that was returned. I’ve been trying to reach someone to replace the mattress but nobody ever returns my emails.

I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with my nectar bundle purchase. And you know what? So is my wife. Both of us are still telling each other how comfortable the mattress is and how well we sleep on the bed. Just last night my wife raised the head of the adjustable bed to help with a bit of heartburn. She ate a little late and noticed that raising the head of the bed helps relieve the systems. I was already asleep and didn't even notice. The most outstanding feature of the bundle is the mattress. Wow so soft, but still firm and comfortable. And the massage feature, and then there's the pillows, and the sheets, and the Goggle nest, and the happy smile we have when we lay down and look at each other. One of out best purchases yet.
