It is almost impossible to

I love this bed!!

I just got my Nectar Premier!! The shipping to no fault of the Ne tar Company was horrible as it is for majority if packages and the box was trashed but the bed was intact!! Hub and I set the bed up yesterday. Within 3 hours it expanded perfectly. We did not notice any obvious off gassing. We saw a You Tube video and walked on it, rolled on it to help expand the foam. Not one issue. I was worried after all the negative reviews on facebook but who knows if they are true. We have no complaints this far. I put on the sheets that were included and used the pillows and the sheets fit great and the pillows were the best one’s as I have not found any that are as good for my neck. I am a hot sleeper. Plus I weigh 220 lbs and I have a lot of joint pain from arthritis. The bed was not hot at all!! I was able to sleep on my side without any numb arms in the morning. I even slept on my stomach an was fine! First time I slept and got up NOT STIFF AND SORE! I hope the mattress holds up and does not sink over time. It rebounds nicely. Nectar had improved these beds as per a mattress review company on You Tube and I was a skeptic after ordering. I am happy with the company who had been very responsive to my concerns prior to getting it. Nectar people, thanks for what seems to be a great product thus far!! I will post updates as time goes by but for now this was a great replacement for my arthritis issues. Set up is very easy. There are videos that help. My hub did fully slat our current bed and frame and put solid wood supports under the slats which he put a solid frame of slats down sitting on wood wood supports on top of wood under those supports. Thanks Nectar! Happy customer tjus far!!

Turns out I have a very heavy and wide shoulder / hip proportionally and no mattress really works for me! On my search so far THIS has been the best and most impressive. I would highly recommend this to anyone especially if they are not an abnormally heavy side sleeper. When in any other position this is a dream and even on my side I have had minor issues, the first time in a long time my back was truly aligned. Not easy to do with my frame. I will be moving on though to a very firm mattress and onto options that I believe most would consider uncomfortable so I will be recommending this one to anyone who asks. Never had any heat issues! 5 star customer support experience as well through the entire process, thanks so much!

Not cooling, too soft

I wanted so badly to love this bed! Definitely is not anything special for cooling and is too soft! It’s fine if it’s just me on the bed, but once my partner gets on and we snuggle, it’s unfortunately uncomfortable. And not to be graphic, but the frame cannot support his weight either. It’s just frankly a poor product. I can hear the cheap wood creaking when he shifts around. Makes me think he’s gonna break it.
