I went 4 stars because I can't give 4.5 stars.
I hesitate to give it 5 just because we've only had it about a month or so. It is DEFINITELY better than our TN mattress. We were on our second one of those as they had to replace it after the middle portion broke down and I was sleeping in a hole and not too long after that, I was sleeping in a hole again.
So far the Nectar is fantastically better and certainly more comfortable than than anything we've had in years. I'm a big guy and like firm, but because of my wife and her ailments, we went with the Nectar Lush. I cannot complain. I'm sleeping better than I have for some time.
Jury is still out though. If they send me a review request after 6 months, I'll have a better idea if I can give it 5.

Upon arrival, it was really hard and not what I was expecting whatsoever. But I wanted to give it the 30 days as recommended before I really judged my new mattress. I gave it several weeks but it just never really felt like it was broken in. Fortunately, I had heard about someone who was missing their gel layer so I decided to check on mine. While all layers were present & accounted for as far as I could tell, my mattress was put into its case upside down; thus I had been sleeping on the bottom side. At this time, I have not had enough nights on the corrected mattress or know if any damage was done to it after being upside down for so long.

Didn't work for us

This mattress didn't work for us--it was too soft and caused lower back pain. For reference my husband is a side and stomach sleeper and I'm a back and side sleeper. They sent us a firm topper but it made the mattress too firm and caused upper back and shoulder discomfort. We returned the mattress, and the return process was smooth and easy.

Bed arrive quickly and was easy to set up. Not the BEST mattress I’ve ever owned but it is good. My husband says it’s helped his back pain

Best mattress I ever had.

The nectar is probably the best bed I have ever purchased. I used to toss and turn all night, wake up in different positions, tangled in my sheets. Since the Nectar purchase I sleep more soundly and find myself in the position I went to sleep in.
Sleep is another fantastic feature, I find I get more of it on this bed that I have with my previous mattresses. I don’t wake up because of pressure points, springs that are digging in, or uneven support of the spring grid.
The comfort of this mattress is hard to place in the words it’s something that needs to be experienced firsthand. Going from spring to memory foam certainly was a big move but after the first night I regret nothing.
Sleep is one thing that you shouldn’t put a price tag on, a great sleep makes such a difference. Mood, energy, the aches and pains, all stem from how well the body can recover. Best analogy I could say sleeping on a nectar is like taking your car to mechanic that has every single tool you could imagine and was co designer of your engine. Compared to the spring mattress who is like the weird cousin with the barn thats falling apart, saying he once saw a YouTube video on your car and will take a look.
Don’t think about if you should anymore, do it.
