Do Not Feel the Cooling aspect

We purchased the upgraded nectar lush mattress due to the cooling sensation but we do not feel the cooling unless we get down to our undergarments

I like the mattress at first but more and more I am realizing it is causing pain in my back and I am unable to sleep don’t constantly tossing and turning at night to try and find the right support in my mid back in my lower back it seems to be causing a dip in my spine maybe it’s too soft and not enough support in the middle back and my body type I’m relatively skinny light weight. I also feel really hot when using mine I thought a pillow between my knees.

Best decision I have made in a long time. We have been researching reviews and shopping for a mattress for 2 years. After talking to my sister who had purchased a Nectar 3 yrs ago, we finally decided to take the plunge and go with Nectar. My husband has severe back and neck pain. He has already had 1 back surgery and another pending. Before the purchase he could not sleep no more than 3 hrs a night in the bed. He now sleeps most all night long, every night, the only exception is when our 5yr old granddaughter is kicking and squirming. Lol.

Lush Mattress

Overall very pleased with the mattress. Getting a good night’s sleep. Somewhat surprised with all the extras that came with the less expensive model but not with the

Affordable, good quality, comfortable

After returning two other brands of mattresses, we kept this one and are very pleased with it. We have a King adjustable frame, so we bought two Twin XL mattresses which fit perfectly.
Upon receipt, we opened them up on our living room floor so they could expand ( which the did quickly ) but we still waited 24 hours before we slept on them just to allow plenty of time. There was very little to no odor when we unwrapped them.
We had a very positive experience when we ordered them over the phone and they shipped and arrived quickly the first of October, despite being in the middle of a Pandemic. They were packaged well and delivered by FedEx.
The mattress is a medium soft with plenty of support. We do NOT sink into it like some have said. I weigh 140 lbs and hubby weighs 240. Both of us are side sleepers and we feel this was the perfect mattress for us and we have zero regrets.
