Picky side-sleeper happier than ever

This is the best mattress I've ever had. I hardly ever leave reviews. And I'm super picky when it comes to mattress firmness. I hate extra firm mattresses and have been sleeping on a soft mattress for probably far too long. I was a little apprehensive about buying online, but the thousands of positive reviews seemed like they couldn't all be wrong! I am so not disappointed. I LOVE this mattress. Everyone loves this mattress. My mom was visiting, tested out the mattress, and now she's getting one too!
There was no off-gassing with this mattress, but mine came with two pillows that definitely needed to off-gas. Once they were done I've switched over and love the pillows too. They're as amazing as the mattress!

Once You Lay Down, You Never Wanna Get Up

I was very skeptical about purchasing a rolled up mattress in a box, but I'm glad i finally took the leap. The mattress is perfect for me and I love a more firm bed. The mattress is also perfect for my girlfriend, who likes a softer bed. Its firm, yet soft and we both love it. My girlfriend always jumps around in her sleep and it would wake me up every night, multiple times a night. I don't even feel her move anymore. We are so pleased with this product. We just hope it holds up for many years to come.

Nectar customer service started a little rocky at the beginning of placing the order. I think they could do better with the communication between manufacturer, shipping and customer as there seems to be disconnection when it comes to get the order shipped, but all in all we did get the support and the shipping happened within 2 weeks which seems reasonable. As far as the mattress quality, the jury is still out as we’ve only had the mattress for 2 weeks and still getting adjusted. The quality is superior, my only concern is the mattress not working for my preference as far as pressure points relief. We will give it a go for at least a couple more months and make a decision as to keeping it or not.

Good nights sleep

It’s firmer than I expected, but I sink into the top layer, so it takes pressure off of my hips and shoulders. I love the low bounce—I’m no longer waking up my wife every time I roll over.
The only complaint is that they could communicate better about when it has shipped and when it should arrive. I heard nothing for 8 days, then I got one day’s notice that it was coming.

Love this bed

Absolutely love this bed!!! White gloved it because I bought the adjustable bed frames and didn’t want to deal with the assembly. Yes, it took longer than the 3 to 5 day shipping but I already had a bed so I really didn’t care, it’s not like I was sleeping on the floor. I’d say it took way less than a month from start to finish and I think it took longer for me because I purchased the white glove service.
There was absolutely NO smell with the mattress or the pillows. They delivered and set it up around 1:30 pm and the bed was fully functional by time I was ready for bed at 10:00 pm.
Very HAPPY with my purchase!!!
