Complicated return policy

I had high hopes but did not enjoy the mattress. Trusting in the 30 day return policy I requested that I be able to return the mattress. However the process has proved complicated with several attempts to upsell on other ways to not return the mattress.

Almost Perfect

I've been sleeping on the Nectar mattress for almost a month now and I really like it. It's sooo much better than my old one. I'm sleeping pretty much through the night with no discomfort.
I still find I have to shift occasionally but I don't think kit's the mattress's fault...probably just my old bones. :)

Great mattress

Absolutely love this mattress. My wife and I are sleeping great and waking up with no more back pain.

The Best!

Best mattress we have ever owned! Just the right amount of support for us (side sleepers). We sleep longer, get better quality sleep, and wake with less aches and pains.

Delivery to SF took in 16 days...

They are making a great mattress. But if you need it in a few days — don't waste your time, get other options. Mine was shipped on the 13th day. Despite the fact, they promise to send in 3-5 business days. You will be just fed with tracking codes that don't work. And support people that can do nothing, just repeating saying 'soon.' I wasn't take those reviews serious too. But after trying my luck, and sleeping some time on an airbed, I can't recommend this service level.
