Terrible customer service. Mattress just ok, not as advertised, unhappy with performance and heat retention. Strongly considering returning it within trial period.

Sleeps warm

Good bed but because it’s memory foam, it’ll sleep warmer than traditional beds. I didn’t realize it at first. It’s fine with me and everything about the bed is still good. No issues that would make it not be 5stars

As someone who suffers from a bad L4 disk this mattress is absolutely phenomenal. Imagine pristine sleep while you are fanned and fed grapes laying on a cloud.

I was skeptical to buy a mattress online, and in a box. I chose Nectar because of their guarantee! 365 days to return it? That’s pretty confident. I completely understand why! I can’t imagine ever wanting to return this. It is so comfortable, soft but not too soft, perfect firm, you sink into it, just the right amount. I have had some great sleep. The quality is really great too.

We have been waking up

We have been waking up with horrible back and neck pain after switching to this mattress as well as waking up overheating. Thought we just needed to adjust but it has been a few months and we are exhausted from not getting a full nights sleep.
