It’s ruined my back

This mattress seemed a little soft when I got it - but comfortable- so I kept it. As time goes by it gets softer and softer and now I can’t sleep on it. I’m so upset that I spent so much money on this mattress and now I have to replace it.

Not for me!

This is the second one I’m trying from them!! The return went very smooth so I would give that a 5 star and getting the new one the same for delivery. But both of theses beds feel like sleeping on rocks!!! And the cooling for me is a zero star!! They sent me a topper to try and help. And sad to say that did nothing either! And it’s not just me my husband feels the same way about both mattresses. I still am giving the second one some time. Even though it has been 8 months and it’s not getting any better

Not for heavy people

This mattress is horrible. We have had it less than a year and it is giving us nothing but an air mattress experience and so much neck and back pain. And talk about how hot it gets, absolutely miserable.

Nectar Copper mattress

Would have returned with 365 warranty but was 4 days late. Wen sleeping on mattress the edge feels concaved and s hard to turn towards center. Would not purchase again. I returned the hybrid for the copper and will not purchase a nectar again.

Lower Back Pain

If you are a side sleeper, I highly recommend you don't get the Primer Copper. It's cause me so much shoulder/lower back pain. Unfortunately, I am out of scope and passed my year mark. I would have switched my mattress to Ultra Memory foam. Now I have to find another company.

A lot firmer than I thought

Wanted a mattress w/ more give to replace our orthopedic one & not feel like we slept on a hard surface. This is a lot firmer than we thought it would be. No give at all. As firm as the orthopedic one we were replacing. After 2 weeks of waking up sore, we switched it w/ the spare room memory foam and are much happier. Our guests will use it.
