Too firm

Thos mattress is more firm than I wanted it to be. My boyfriend likes it though. I think Nectar should have soft medium and firm options.

Very comfortable after a few months

4 stars only due to communication issues with the company. It took a long time to have the bed delivered, despite the promised of fast shipping. However, now that I have had the bed for over 6 months I am so glad I purchased it. Personally I think it needed time to "settle" and soften up. Also purchased the sheet set with the bed and they are my favorite sheets, hands down. Highly recommend. Just remember to be patient with the shipping/handling.

Good Luck. You’ll Need It

This rating is more for the service provided. Well. The bed too. Not a fan. Took the time to get used to it and just couldn’t. But if you try to return it. Oh boy. They will bounce you around to multiple sales people. And try to sell you on another one of their mattresses. Then call you repeatedly to try and convince you to give it more time. Break it in. Walk on it some. Jump on it some. Round and round and round. Until you’re forced to call them on it. Once you done the deed and donated it. Now you wait for 7 weeks I think. And your money goes back to the borrower. Then you deal with the borrower who will break up your return money and try to short you. Buy something else.

We love our king Nectar! It did take a week or so to get used to the firmness after transferring from a pillow top, but now love the all-over support. I am struggling to find the right pillow support, but am still searching!
