My wife and I have given our mattress almost 4 months to reach a comfortable break in period (It’s still to firm). Unfortunately both of us are highly considering asking for a refund. Thankfully Nectar offers 365 days to try it out or a refund would have been requested several weeks ago.

I still wake up in pain hips normally. I cant really feel a difference with temp either.

Unhappy sleeper

Your advertising is great and pulled me into buying the mattress, but I wish I would have done research prior to my purchase because the mattress aged 20 times faster than any other mattress I've ever purchased. It immediately sunk (and stayed sunken) on the side that my fiancé sleeps on and I've continued to just sleep in the other bed (Serta mattress) without any issues. I could not and would not endorse this mattress unless a new one was delivered and yielded different results.

Best bed if you have neck or back pain

Wife had been having terrible back and neck pain. We went to the chiropractor but pain kept on returning. Finally, we broke down and got a new bed. This bed has changed everything. Wife no longer has pain and I sleep so much better.

I expected better comfort and sleep

I bought the premier and have used it nightly for 5 weeks. I expected better comfort and sleep since this is the costly "premier". The mattress is firm, not medium-firm...maybe medium-firm compared to concrete. My sleep has not improved at all. Very disappointed and probably will return shortly. This has given me a very bad impression of buying a bed-in-a-box.
