Back still hurts laying on

I'm in so much pain now

This mattress is very firm. There is no give or pressure relief of any kind. My back has never hurt like it does now - 24/7. I'm exhausted. I can't turn my head without pain from all the spasms in my neck. I can't turn my body or walk without pain since I started sleeping on this 7 weeks ago. We went on vacation & felt much better - came home to this mattress - all the pain returned & is consistently getting worse. It sleeps hot despite being the best option Nectar has for this. I can't wait to get rid of it. I will never try to shortchange myself with a cheap mattress again. This has encouraged me to spend all the money on what works. You get what you pay for.
