Didn’t help with solving back pain. Mattresses seperate way to easily and have to adjust nightly. On occasion the adjustable frame stops responding causing me to have to get on the floor under the bed and unplug to reset which is a pain and happens way to often. I had really high hopes but was let down

Firm but comfortable

Not gonna lie pretty firm on the first night of sleeping on it but after a few weeks the bed has adapted to my body and I do enjoy it. Feels like it conforms to my body. I knock out pretty much as soon as my head hits the pillow. Good comfort level. I will say if you like extra soft beds you will probably not like this mattress.

Great sleep

Really comfortable and I love the cooling but it’s expensive and you should get extra feature with your purchase (mattress pad, cooling pillows, etc). But I sleep great and would buy it again but just know the price is a huge investment.
