I have been very happy with my Nectar mattress so far. For me, it has a soft yet firm finish. I get much better sleep now. I am more of a hot sleeper but with the cooling features of the mattress, I don't wake up drenched in sweat anymore. The customer service was awesome and the product is second to none. I am also impressed with the money-back guarantee because having the proper mattress is a choice!
I will be making my next purchase (if I have one) with Nectar Mattress in mind.

Has yet to meet my expectations

It's really not as firm as I thought it would be. My sister has the basic full mattress in her guest room, so I thought I'd give the full premium a try because that was the one night I woke up without back pain. This one IN MY OPINION is not as comfortable as hers. My back still aches every morning. The setup was easy, HOWEVER, this dang mattress doesn't fit in my bed frame. I have an ikea bed frame with a low-profile box spring. The other full sized mattresses I've had before this one fit perfectly in it. This nectar premier mattress doesn't fit! (I'll attach a photo)
I've had it for about a month, and I am considering returning it.
