Sleeping Great.

Not as soft as I had wished, that why the four stars, however, I sleep great. It took my wife about two weeks to get use to it. She was complaining of back pain when waking up with our old mattress. She said that has gone away thanks to the support this mattress gives. While it is not like sleeping on a cloud, it will give you a great night's sleep. The cooling is nice, too.

Not firm enough.

It feels nice and firm and first but it’s really not. Very quickly it’s developing humps and valleys. I’ve done my best to evenly break it in but it’s not going to wear in evenly. I really want to like just memory foam mattresses but they just aren’t for me. I will say this mattress is better than my last memory foam which lasted only 4.5 years.
Unfortunately I am going to need to switch to a hybrid or conventional mattress.
Footnote: I’m only 5’6” and 130 pounds. I can’t imagine how it would wear if I was a much larger person.

The mattress is comfortable however

The mattress is comfortable however it does not have much support around the edges of the bed so sitting on the side to put your shoes on is a no go. I think it might need a little more support.
