Like Sleeping on Plywood

This is honestly the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It is so firm it feels like you are laying on a piece of plywood and it's been hurting my back. I would prefer to sleep on the floor at this point. Beware if you purchase this bed it is not comfy. The mattress is advertised to rise 14 inches but mine did not rise that much and customer support refused to help me even after I sent them everything they asked for. This was a big purchase for me and I am so disappointed.
