Uh. I searched everywhere for cures to my awful insomnia. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. Supplements. Morning sunlight. No screens at night. / For some insane reason, I thought mild back pain while asleep on my last mattress was NORMAL. I'm a literal idiot. My nectar mattress solved my insomnia. And my back pain. No tossing and turning. I friggin' sleep through the night. Un. Real.
