Too soft

Way too soft for me. Arms fall asleep in under a minute of laying down. Worst 30 days of sleep I have ever experienced with a new mattress. Cannot wait to initiate a return.

Glad I bought it. So far (only owned it for about a month) it shows no signs of sagging and is very comfortable.
The only thing I would change about it is to put two handles on each side of the mattress to make it easier to move.
