Overall, I really like the mattress and don't want to knock it before I've had a chance to adjust. It is by far the nicest mattress I have owned. Most of the issues I've noticed were related to memory foam mattresses in general; feeling stuck, the edges not being super supportive (sitting on the edge of the bed to put on shoes/socks). And I am a heavy guy, so that doesn't help. Overall, I would 100% buy another one, I would recommend another one to a friend and I am very happy with my purchase.

Didn’t help with solving back pain. Mattresses seperate way to easily and have to adjust nightly. On occasion the adjustable frame stops responding causing me to have to get on the floor under the bed and unplug to reset which is a pain and happens way to often. I had really high hopes but was let down
