We went from a first generation memory foam mattress to this one. Our old mattress retained too much heat. This one sleeps cooler than our last one. I like that. The Nectar mattress is supportive without being too hard.

My wife and myself are

Very little support for my back, I am heavy, 220 lbs and the mattress sags near my lower back area and I usually wake up early morning from the soreness and back pain. Just had it for 2 months and going to be asking for a return. Overall was not impressed by the mattress quality.
