I used to toss and turn during the night, but I no longer do since sleeping on my new nectar mattress. Therefore I’m not waking up as much, and that allows me a better sleeping pattern.

Noticeable improvement in quality of product and sleep compared to the base model I previously own. The cooling tech in also a major improvement from the base model.

What a HORRIBLE business model!!!

Not nearly cold enough as advertised. I called to potentially UPGRADE to the copper model, and the CS rep could only say "you can send it back for a refund"? REALLY... you don't want me to upgrade? You'd rather give me my business back. What a horrible business model. I asked to speak to a manager, and "someone should call you back". Nothing yet....stay tuned....

Amazingly comfortable from the first night. Set up was easy. Although cautioned to allow time for “off gassing” it was not a problem.
