I've been waiting for this review to pop up so I could write about this Mattress. I went from hating this Mattress to absolutely LOVING it!! I bought the 13" Premier. The first night sleep was awful!! There was no sinking into the mattress. The Foam did not conform around my body. I pretty much laid on top of the mattress. I tossed and turned all night. I woke with my entire body hurting. The Mattress is definitely FIRM!! The company won't let you return it for 30 days, which I'm glad is the policy...You need to give the Mattress/your body time to adjust and soften. Meanwhile I got a Serta Super Loft 3 inch Pillow top to put on top of the Mattress. The bed is now amazing!! So, if the Company would offer Pillow tops as an add-on option that may help with the transition for some people. The Support is great in this bed. I've owned it over 30 days now. I'm a stomach sleeper and my husband is a side sleeper. My husband is a Hot Sleeper. The bed is not hot!! We both sleep well on this bed. I would recommend the Bed.
