2 mattresses and still not what I paid for

I purchased the premium model and received it, it was 2” shorter than what was advertised and what I paid for, they had me submit pictures and they said we could throw it away and they’ll send a new one, I had to pay for a dump disposal fee out of my own pocket. The New one arrived and waited 4 days for it to rise, the new one still was not the advertised height. They wouldn’t refund my money, but offered me a very small discount refund for the mattress not being the correct size. The refund did not reflect the size/cost difference between the standard and premium mattress. I would not recommend to purchase this to anyone. Shop around and go to your local mattress store. They voided my 365 night warranty

This is my second Nectar mattress

I previously purchased the base model and after a few years of use we decided to upgrade to the middle range model. There is a very noticeable height difference and a slight comfort difference. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Most Comfortable Bed Ever!

I love the way the bed hugs your body without sinking. It's so comfortable. My husband sleeps so much better and his feet don't dangle off the end of the bed - we have the Queen size- and he's 6'3" tall.
