too hot and soft

the customer service is great!. The bed itself is too soft and hot for me and my husband. it has not helped my pain and I have not slept well. I have had to go to the other bedroom.

The outer edge needs more

The outer edge needs more support. If you get near the edge as the memory foam collapses you get the feeling you are slowly sliding off the bed.

The directions made it easy to setup the frame.
The bed is excellent, I've been playing around with the control settings to find my comfort zone.
