Firmness

I read a few of the reviews before buying and what sold me was a few of them said it was too firm. I can't find any firmness and was looking for at least some. There is no firmness. I had to take a double look at the box to be sure it said premium, and it did but, the bed itself have no information stating which one I received.

The upgrade from a queen to king was much needed and (so far) this mattress has been amazing. I don’t really feel my partner get into bed. I’m a side sleeper and it’s been good support wise. We’re only 2 weeks into use and have it on the floor as our frame is on back order.
