new premium nectar mattress

When we purchased the premium, I didn't realize it was firmer than the less expensive one our son purchased, which I tried and liked very much. My husband and I stayed over to watch the grandchildren, and I slept the best ever on that mattress. I don't find this one as comfortable. We didn't receive a card to register, and need to know how to register our mattress. I would like to exchange this one for this other one. I really liked the other mattress and felt great when I woke up. The pillows we received were very uncomfortable to both of us. They go flat and feel hard after a few minutes. We do not use them. I have to say that I have been disappointed with this mattress. I feel my back needs a slightly softer mattress, this is just too firm.

This is one of the best mattresses I have slept on. I sleep like a baby all night on this mattress. You get what you pay for and I am glad I bought a Nectar Premier.

It's not what I expected. Es demasiado suave

Hi! So.. we bought this mattress almost a month ago and it's not what we expected.
I bought the king size mattress because I sleep with my boyfriend and we both agree that it's really difficult to sleep when we are close to each other (we sink)
it's supposed to be "medium firmness" but it's more soft than we expected.
I would like to return it

In my experience, if you sleep alone this is a really comfortable mattress, but if you sleep with the partner or kids you should get a different one
