I had a great experience ordering the bed, and they delivered it quickly. The mattress seems a little bit soft, and I’m not sure if I’m going to keep it. I’m glad they give a year to decide.

Good product but not fast shipping as described

I have bought a queen size mattress and I have decided to buy another one after one month. The product is very good and I happy with my purchased. Just one thing about shipping, they claim the product will ship within 2-4 business days but it always longer than that. It always takes about a week.

Really nice in the middle section spongy on sides

It's really good in the middle but the consistency of the comfort is not there. On sides you can feel it to be spongy and less firm and uniform

DONT BUY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered 2 twin XL mattress. upon opening them it was clearly noticeable that they did not match in size. One was declared defective and a replacement was shipped.
took another week to receive it. When it arrived we now noticed that it was larger than the one that we assumed was the correct size from the first shipment . So now i have 3 twin XL mattresses that are all different sizes. I requested for an additional replacement mattress and kept receiving emails stating that it had allrerady been shipped and delivered. They were confusing this with the first replacement. Now im in the process of returning items and getting a full refund. wish me luck.
