Very happy sleeper

I am very pleasantly surprised with how happy I am with our new nectar mattress. I was developing back issues and was wondering if our old, soft mattress was part of the problem. My husband commented that he always slept better when he traveled (which he does every week). This mattress is firm without being hard. I loved it from the first night. I was actually excited to be able to go back to sleep on night two! Only complaint is that the frame we purchased from nectar isn't solid enough for adult activities - makes too much noise and movement (even after my husband who is an engineer reinforced it). Back problems haven't gone away, but at least I have a new mattress that I love sleeping on. One additional perk - the old mattress was so heavy that it was hard to lift to make the bed - this mattress is so much lighter that I can easily lift the end to neatly make the bed.

Wort Customer Experience Ever

DO NOT purchase a mattress from this company as I had the worst customer experience ever. I ordered the mattress on 12/2 and after checking the delivery status multiple times, the mattress had still not been SHIPPED by the 23rd. I had purchased the mattress as a Christmas gift and after multiple conversations with customer support they couldn't determine if the mattress had been shipped or not so I CANCELLED the order. 2 weeks later the mattress arrived on my doorstep, thankfully I was home so that I could refuse delivery and try to have my money returned which eventually took another 2 weeks for them to do so. Needless to say that I will NEVER attempt to purchase anything from them again and I would warn anyone that thinks about it to do so with CAUTION!!!

Decent for small budgets

I find this mattress too thin, making my hips and shoulders hurt. I am 5’8”, 165 lbs. I am looking for a topper or a box spring to help firm it up some. I am spoiled by having a Tempurpedic set, but that wasn't in my budget this time.
