Better Than My Traditional Mattress

I was having pretty severe neck pain with my traditional spring mattress and box spring. I realized it was because of poor alignment since I'm a back and side sleeper. I spent a week on a Purple mattress while visiting family and felt much better.
I researched the top foam mattress companies when I got home and the Nectar Premier was billed as also being cooler, which I also have problems with. I felt the Nectar mattress was a better deal versus Purple and others.
I've been very happy with the mattress from both the temperature and neck pain perspectives.
The only issue was that my bed is a head and foot board with side rails. Nectar says you can't put the mattress on a traditional box spring because it will void the warranty so I had to purchase a bunkie board for my bed frame and then the Nectar mattress rests on that. It lowered the total height by 3 inches but I've gotten used to it.

It does have better support than my previous mattress, but I still wake up several times to turn over from aches. Especially back and hips. I am 60 years old so it may be more me then mattress. Probably isn't any mattress that could help.
