Not as comfortable as I'd hoped

I bought this mattress after reading all the wonderful reviews, but honestly, it's not as comfortable as I'd hoped or as the reviews mentioned. It's actually pretty hard and uncomfortable. I wake up feeling stiff and sore, not refreshed.

I rated 3 stars because this is my first moth using it and there's some nights that me and my wife wake up with back pain and also the bed sheets that I have don't stay in place, they just pop out of the corner in the middle of the night.
