I bought my mattress about a year ago and it sleep's bad. It has lump's in it and sagging a waste of money

This mattress is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. I couldn't get any sleep and woke up with pain everywhere. Also, the return process has been extremely difficult and now I have to pay a junk removal company to take it out in order to get my refund. DO NOT buy this mattress!!!

The mattress is firm yet

The mattress is firm yet has enough give to feel you can sink in a little so as not to feel like you’re sleeping on a board. Corners and edges feel less firm which is the reason for four stars rather than five. Overall, I’m pleased with the mattress and even more pleased with their customer service. When our first mattress had not completely filled out to the 11 inches on the corners they immediately sent us a replacement. The experience was extremely efficient and fast!

Comfort!

My fiance and I love Nectar mattresses. We had the queen for a few years then recently upgraded to the king. Now the queen bed is out guest bed. I have never had people comment on how comfortable a bed is before - but every single one of our guests has slept so well and asked where we got our mattress because they want one!
I sleep on my side and usually get very hot. With the old queen mattress especially. The new king mattress keeps me nice and cool and you can really feel the cooling gel or whatever it is ;). I do worry that the cooling effect will eventually fade but only time will tell. For the time being, I am extremely content and happy with my purchase of the king mattress!
