I received a adjustable twin as a gift from my Mother. I wish she had never tried to help me out. The base has loose wires hanging from underneath, I am afraid to store anything under my bed because I might end up disconnecting something. The white glove service was a joke, I ended up putting both mine and my Mother's beds together (hers DID NOT have the hanging wires). I also find the mattress way too soft, I sink into it and always struggle to get out. I thought 'MEDIUM' meant 'Firm with a little given not ending up with minimal padding underneath me. I do like being able to raise my head and knees. The USB ports are also handy.

Soft on initial lay down. Then perfect support once settled in. Cool to lay in and no excessive hard points to cause discomfort. The best money I have spent on a mattress. We love it!

Great bed

I bought this bed for my disabled daughter to help relieve pressure sores. She absolutely loves it and has been sleeping so much better. The only improvement I would add would be some lightweight removable side rails so that the mattress would stay on straight. Sometimes with all the rolling around my daughter does, the mattress gets off center and she winds up on the floor. But she still loves the bed.

Best purchase ever!

I’ve had this mattress for a week now and I could not be happier. My old bed was extremely squishy and this one is so nice and firm yet it hugs you in all the right places. I also got the pillows and sheets set too and the sheets are incredibly soft, and pillows so perfect!

Just not the right mattress

Just not the right mattress for me. I woke up stiff and in pain every morning. I now have a new beauty rest mattress that I have slept on the past two nights and I am comfortable again thank God. The return process has also been a bit difficult and I actually still have my nectar mattress waiting to be picked up with no idea of when someone will be coming to get it. It was a very unpleasant experience all around. I have it a month of sleeping on it waking up miserable with difficulty walking, stiff and with neck, hip and back pain. After 2 nights on my new beauty rest mattress I am back to my old self again.
