Not as good as we hoped

If I sleep on my side my arms go completely numb. The adjustable base is great I just can’t get comfortable on the mattress.

Hands down the best mattress

Hands down the best mattress I've ever owned. I'm a side sleeper and this mattress offers the perfect amount of support for my body throughout the night, I find it so hard to leave in the morning. I bought a twin mattress due to the small space I reside in, however this mattress feels like a full size when I'm sleeping. There's so much room.

Wonderful mattress. I was having issues with pain and numbness in my arms/shoulders waking me at night and this mattress has completely fixed those issues.

Not bad, but...

Not sure if my mattress was defective from the start, ive had it for over a couple months now, and have noticed what feels like a hump between my partner and I, its caused my partner to actually roll off the bed, as it nearly has myself too.
As a current selector at my job working nightshift, I come home with excruciating pains of soreness in my legs, back, and hips, as selecting is a very body demanding job, its a leading reason why my partner and I chose to purchase this bed. After seeing the many reviews it had and the constant pains we were in, we gave it a shot, and I must say, for the first 2 weeks it felt like heaven compared to our old queen size pillow top.
However...
We have managed to also notice, we toss and turn more than before,even with the initial "break in" period, it seems we wake up with more hip and back pain than when we had our pillow top, and as of now, we sleep with our old pillows considering the new resident ones were too high on our necks, causing more discomfort.
Overall, the possibility of reaching out to the company about utilizing some expert advice and help on finding a better solution to our needs for a better sleep, has yet to be exhausted, we will try that first and re-update accordingly.

Perfect comfort

This bed has been such a great change and I now wake up without back or shoulder pain! The bed assist in decreased pressure on joints. Highly recommend!
