Chiropractic care needed

I wanted to and want to love this bed. But I've been on the couch the last 2 nights and have less body aches than when using my nectar. I've actually had to get help easing my neck pain that started only after I bought this mattress. I'm so disappointed. Need to contact customer service

Perfectly supportive

Loving our nectar mattress! It took my husband a few weeks to get used to it but now he loves it too. I was waking up in the night with back pain from our awful old mattress and that hasn't happened since the first night with the new one. It came with pillows and they are also memory foam - one is very hard and flat, like a brick (my favorite) and the other is softer. The brick one is great if you have neck pain because it cradles your head and neck so you aren't bending it at an unnatural angle while you sleep. My chiropractor told me the value of a supportive pillow years ago and this pillow nails it. It expanded within a couple hours max (we're high altitude), no smell, slept on it that night. You will love it, no matter what position you sleep in. We are a back/side sleeper and a stomach/side sleeper so either way the foam is perfectly supportive.

To Short

When ordering I explained I’m 6’4” and currently owned a California king mattress. Was told I’d be getting the same dimensions with the nectar but my feet hang over the end of the bed so it’s obviously shorter. Not good.

Matress is very soft on the sides and appears to sag now. Expect it will get worse over time.

Great bed!

When shopping for a mattress, we could never agree upon the soft or firmness of a mattress. So we tried nectar, one reason is because they have a great trial period. We will be keeping the mattress as we both sleep very well on it with no sore backs in the morning!
