Poor Quality Platform

We had purchased both the cal king memory foam bed with the platform. We were skeptical about buying a bed online but we decided to go for it. It is as described that everything is super easy to assemble together. We have had this bed for a little over 2 weeks, and the first week in the middle of the morning my other half went to use the restroom and the bed had collapsed on one side. We were very distraught at the fact that this had happened. Not to mention our 6 month old co sleeps with us, thankfully the side that collapsed was not the side that she sleeps on. We do not jump on the bed so for the fact that the platform leg had just collapsed is very disappointing. We LOVE our nectar mattress but we are extremely disappointed in the platform!! We had to drop our bed to the ground because of this!!

dont buy nector cheaters i bought it almost 2month ago my older mattress is better then this i just call them they dont receive and dont response for email or live chat dont waste money for this fake product and fake reviews

Painful

We bought the mattress July 2018 and the first few weeks were ok but it sank down and the frame came apart from the wood and material. We called and they wanted pictures. It took several weeks to finally get someone to talk to us. We had to contact BBB in order to get results. After 7 months they sent out a new bed which came faster than the first. It is another 9 months, same thing and now our hips, back and neck are so painful. The bed has no firmness and the frame is so cheap it falls apart. We had to get a better bed and it's not a Nectar. Sorry, they are not very good.

Molding on Mattress

I Bought a king size mattress, about a week or 2 after we received it I started Getting back pain and I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt that it needed to be broken into, about a month after, my pain still continues. I also decided to wash the mattress cover and discovered a molded area on the bottom of the mattress which in fact was not formed within a month. We live in a air conditioned apt and no humidity at all. We contacted nectar and informed them what I had discovered and asked for pictures. Once they received it they informed us the mattress was unable to be returned due to mold. My wife and I are still having back pain and are now stuck with a giant molded area in the bottom of our mattress...

Sleeping like a baby again

It’s been a week and very happy with our king mattress and platform. The pillows are amazing as well. The foot of the mattress doesn’t look like it’s fully expanded so I’m wondering how long it takes. Otherwise a great product.

Dissappointed

Well, my daughter waited and waited. Her dresser finally arrived only to not have holes in the right space and two screws unable to be used. Took pictures but unable to upload. Will send to company. If it wasn't SUCH a hassle to undo and repack I would send it back! Now rethinking ordering the matching bed frame. I have a bed and mattress from nectar that I'm very happy with. This was a HUGE let down!!!

Overall good, but not frustration free

I “exchanged” (donated) first foundation I bought as about a week later the new model with legs and extra height came out. Customer service was helpful in walking me through that process. However, as I am unpacking/assembling the new foundation, I noted a rip in the fabric in a conspicuous enough part of one side rail. I don’t think I have it in me to disassemble/donate then unpack and reassemble for third time (certainly first round is “on me” given the exchange).
