Feels like a big pillow!

Very plush, yet supportive. Pillows are great too. We returned our Purple mattress and are very happy with Nectar!!

Very heavy to manipulate. First time on foam mattress, no sure if I like it. Hurt my back setting up and had to take sleeping pill. Couldn't get comfortable, toss n turn.

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION

TRYING TO CANCEL MY ORDERS. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. PLACING THE ORDER WAS THE EASY PART. STILL WAITING ON CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT BEEN OVER A WEEK. I REACHED OUT VIA EMAIL, PHONE (NO ANSWER EXTREMELY LONG HOLD TIMES), FORGET THE CHAT BOX (QUEUE OF 50 PLUS), REACHED OUT VIA FACEBOOK (CUSTOMER SERVICE IS QUICK TO ANSWER WITH A RESPONSE WHEN ITS A POSITIVE MESSAGE). SADLY I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO A NEW BED. OH WELL.

Wish I actually had the full set... Nectar is a very difficult company to work with

I purchased a queen nectar mattress with adjustable frame. I received everything in a reasonable amount of time except for the frame. A shipping label was created and nectar told me I would have the frame by May 18th. Never happened. I have been trying to contact support to find out where it is. No one can tell me. I get the same answer "Oh we are having fulfillment and shipping delays", but no one is able to trace it. The support system is designed to keep you at bay. You can only chat with someone who can only access a computer screen, so I have never been helped. The email is very slow. It is ad though Nectar doesn't really want you accessing support at all. I get the Covid-19 situation, but that was initially builtin to the shipping projection. My main problem is that in the 21st century, my product can't be traced and I don't really feel like anyone really wants to help. So if you received your mattress and love it, I am glad that you do. If you want your order processing to go smoothly, please be wary of Nectar. They are happy to take your money, but not actually concerned about filling it or helping you.

I have Chronic Pancreatitis so I deal with a lot of pain. Laying down in certain positions is hard for me. I got the split king adjustable bed and I am in heaven. Quite seriously our biggest problem has been not wanting to get out bed. I love this bed I have been telling everyone that will listen, GET THIS BED. Especially if you have chronic pain. Also I saw that many were saying it’s not good for people on the heavier side, that is not true my husband is 320 pounds and loves it.

We bought our king sized nectar with adjustable frame through mattress firm. Although this mattress is very comfortable, this is our second mattress in two weeks. The top and the end will NOT expand. It’s very disappointing and I will NOT be trying out a third mattress. I wouldn’t bother wasting your time with this mattress due to clear expansion issues and the hassle during a pandemic.

My husband and I are both in our 60's and have aches and pains. Sleeping on the Nectar has relieved those pains! We love it!
