Mattress and pillows reek

We opened the mattress and pillows yesterday, and they smell like paint fumes. Gave my son a headache. It’s been 24 hours and not yet dissipating. Unusable so far even with letting pillows air outside.

The Absolute Worst Mattress I have ever slept on

Bought Queen mattress for the guest room after getting the run around with the first delivery (defects)
With the COVID19 pandemic no guests but recently I had to sleep in the guest room I am crippled from sleeping on this mattress not only do I do not sleep through the night due to how uncomfortable this mattress is I am now suffering with sever shoulder pain and a weird tingling in my arm every morning
I want my money back they can come and take this junk out of my house!

Mattress and Topper

We had a little issue with the bed just not being quite soft enough, HOWEVER, I reached out to the customer service agents and they immediately offered us a mattress topper that has helped others with the same issue and MY GOODNESS. So far, it is EXACTLY what we were missing. It forms to us just enough and they made it so easy to help with a solution vs. just getting it returned. THANK YOU!

Not right

Have not had a fully comfortable night. Has no support on the edges. If sharing the bed - we roll together into center (even though there seems to be a ridge in the center!) Pillows are unusable.

Adjustable frames

Had a King. Wanted adjustable on each side. Bought split King which is just 2 twin XL. It means they don’t lock together and have mirror features which I hate. If I pick split king, it means I want them to lock together and have the functions on the outside of each. I love the adjustable part. It works well, but hate it doesn’t function like expected.

The mattress is somewhat firm, with a quilted square top la\yer. I am coming from another ‘in the box’ mattress that was more giving. My first week impressions are: it, and the pillow sleeps hot. The hot spots become softer during the night causing depressions that don’t quite fit when I turn. So far, I wake up each night a couple of times from too much heat. This will become a deal breaker if I do not adjust. The quality of the materials seem good at first check, although my outer cover is a bit off-centered. If you like a firm and warm mattress, this one is definitely for you.

Was skeptical at first, but turned out to the one of the best purchasing decisions of my life. I can’t imagine sleeping on any other mattress now!
