Very happy with our purchase. My husband was very reluctant about ordering a mattress in a box but has been pleasantly surprised. Says he wakes up so much better now and sleeps so soundly. Only complaint is I still haven’t received my sheet set yet. Order placed on 4/12, received mattress on 4/20 and 2 emails but still no sheets.

More firm than I thought

Mattress is pretty good, its a lot more firm than I had anticipated as it doesnt feel like I really sink in at all, but im definitely sleeping cooler than I was before and thats what I was looking for.

I may not be an expert of marketing but saying about DIVORCE is NOT GOOD FOR SALES that said I will not be buying this nor will I recommend it to anyone until you tell the “man in pajamas” to watch what he says in the ads

I am absolutely in love with my new Nectar Mattress!
I was nervous about buying a Bed in a box but it Only took days to be arrive and set up was super easy!
It is the most comfortable bed I have ever owned hands down! Sleep like a baby now!

Return process is a pain

Mattress wasn’t firm enough to rectify my back issues. Husband liked it fine... my complaint is with the return process. We put our old mattress back on, but I had to heft the nectar BACK onto the bed and take photos of it, move it back off. Which is whatever, if you have help but ableist of the company to assume we all HAVE that help and are able bodied enough to do that without it. Don’t offer a no hassle return policy if you’re going to turn around and make it a big hassle.
