Mattress is amazing... ordering process no so much

We really like the mattress, it does produce some heat however. The only problems we had were in the ordering and followup process.

Great Mattress

My first memory foam. Delivered on time and set up wasn't bad. It's kind of big and awkward but we had it set up quick. I am a big guy and find it to be very well made. It took me a bit to get used to the firmer feel of it but now I sleep fine. My wife who had back surgery when she younger has noticed less back pain since we got our Nector mattress. Overall very satisfied.

No more morning back pain!

I have not experienced the regular morning back pain that I had been ! It's so nice to wake up without it! The pillows are too gigantic to actually sleep on which was a dissapointment. The Matress cover had a broken zipper which Nectar promptly replaced.

I recently purchased my Nectar King mattress. It was delivered on time (despite hurricane Harvey) and was simple to assemble and was light weight compared to many mattresses. I've only slept on it a few times and know it will take a reasonable time to make a true decision. Although it has been very comfortable, it does retain heat, not as bad as some foam mattresses but still forces me to make some adjustments? Do you make a 'cool top mattress topper?' If so, I need to look into. Other than that we're good and hopefully can resolve the heat issue......soon!

we placed an order on line. The "estimated" time to ship was 2-5 days. We paid and got the confirmation that they got their money. Our bed? "Estimated date to ship June 17-23. What happened? Blame COVID-19 and protesters. Tried the chat feature....I was 96 in queue. I'm going to cancel the order and go with Casper. They will ship within 14 days and are up front about it.

Worse experience in my life! Waited two months and still don't have right things! I know this covid thing has made things difficult but I wouldn't hurt having some form of communication that works with you guys! Never will I order from you again. And I do not recommend this company unless you make it right. Very dispointed oh and waiting on the phone still for the past hour to try to get someone to help me!:angry:
