The Nectar mattress sleeps very well, I have had no back pain since I got the bed. Previously owned an expensive pillowtop and it didn't even compare to how comfortable this bed is. Thanks for a quality product!

Super firm. And smelly

I thought I'd give it a try after reading the reviews. This is as hard as a hotel matress. And it smells. Even after a month it still smelt. The return process seemed easy... they donate these. HOWEVER trying to get the actual FULL amount refunded is ridiculous. Constant emails. And no fast answer. Like days worth! If you like smooshy beds. Dont do it. If you are sensitive to smell dont do it.

Way too HOT!

I was surprised by the other reviews raving that this mattress was the answer to all of their wishes for a cooler bed. That was my main reason for buying it. This bed is NOT cool at ALL!. It almost traps the heat inside the memory foam. I got in contact with customer service and they were very nice and offered an additional "Cooling Topper" free of charge for my frustrations. I was happy they offered, but the topper is just as bad if not worse. The topper is very soft and squishy and is cool to the touch but once you lay on it and add your full body heat, it becomes a sauna all over again. I had to go buy a fan for my bedroom to keep from sweating all night. My sheets need to be changed every other day due to the sweat. My S/O sleeps on the couch because its cooler in the living room. It's sad that I was excited about a change but I feel like I wasted my money and the return process is so extensive it looks like I'm stuck with this mattress until I can get another one.

I had never heard of a mattress in a box until I started looking for mattresses for my daughter who was ready for a “big girl” bed. Best purchase ever. She has yet to sleep in it, but I have fully enjoyed sleeping in it myself the past month. Hahaha.
